Year End Awards Requirements:
~Rider must be a member of Peninsula and PVDA
~Rider must contribute 10 hours of volunteer hours completed or donated or become an Affiliate Level Sponsor. 
~Must have a minimum of five scores for same horse and rider combination from three different judges.
